Ju Wenjun, China's young chess ambassador visited Rado's flagship shop in Beijing and sat down with Vogue magazine to discuss her busy lifestyle.
On a cold and windy Tuesday afternoon, young chess ambassador, Ju Wenjun visits RADO's flagship store located in the heart of the shopping district in Beijing. A beautiful store, an exquisite watch and one photo-shoot later, Ms. Ju Wenjun sits down with Vogue to share how she manages a competitive chess career, full-time college studies and a love for fashion. " I think time is quite precious for me, since I am both a chess competitor and a full-time college student. I want to put every minute and second to good use. In my daily life, I focus a lot on chess but want to continue studying. I spend a significant amount of time participating in different competitions and training for the national team." - Ms.Wenjun
When asked about the upcoming competition, Ms. Wenjun told us she was feeling the stress as the event approaches but she anticipates that it will be a great opportunity for her to practice and enhance her chess skills.
